It was the most hectic day of my life. First, school was a horrorshow. Then I had guitar lessons. Then I had no time to sleep and I had only a few minutes to get ready. I was going into Brooklyn to see The Raveonettes/Radio 4/The Organ at Warsaw.
We get there and the area is suspiciously empty. They didn't open doors for like an hour, so me and Ryan just stood outside. When they finally did, we were the first ones in! We got the best standing spot, right in the front against the stage and in the center.
This was pretty much my view:
This completely unflattering picture also gives you a good idea:
Right before The Organ came on, a roadie for the Raveonettes went around posting an unfortunate flyer:
Yep that's right, some asshole decided to steal all of the Raveonettes gear. How horrible!
The Organ came on and they were alright. The performance was kinda....awkward. The lead singer moved like she was dying and none of them really had crowd interaction. but holy shit, their guitarist. SHES FUCKIN TALENTED! Seriously, I was amazed at how good she was playing. I didn't take any pictures because I didnt want to be the only person to put flash into their eyes.
Radio 4 set up their equipment and tuned up and my fuckin fuckin fuckin god. they were AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMAZINGG
seriously. everyone. see them live. you must. they put on one of the most energetic and chaotic shows ever. holy shit, I was standing their in complete awe. I was expecting them to be like an 'ehh pretty good' but 'FUCKIN A-WESOME!'. haha. I went crazy. Their guitarist is also incredibly insane. He can't stop jumping and dancing while playing, yet he plays perfectly. How amazing. Their setlist (which Ryan stole):

Raveonettes finally came on stage and I felt a little bad. They seemed really depressed. Luckily, they got some acoustic guitars, one electric and the nice bassist from Radio 4 let the Raveonettes bassist borrow his.
Also, let me just say... Sharin Foo is the most beautiful woman in the world. the end.

While they were setting up, Sune came over to my area and signed my ticket! woo woo!
and they had a crazy stash of juices and hard alcohol on the stage. crazy people.
They played an awesome show. I really was worried that with the lack of instruments that it would be boring. They totally pwned whoever stole their equipment. They are a very happy band too. All of them are constantly smiling and joking around onstage and when every drunk guy in the audience was hitting on Sharin, she just laughed. The drummer was scaring the crap out of me, he kept making these evil smiles right at me. The guitarist was also pretty weird, I can't even begin to describe, but he was very amusing for the show.
Their setlist:
You Say You Lie
Heartbreak Stroll
Red Tan
Sleepwalking
Ode to LA
Somewhere in Texas
Chain Gang of Love
Untamed Girls
That Great Love Sound
If I Was Young
Railroad Tracks
Remember
Uncertain Times
Love in a Trashcan
-ENCORE-
Little Animal
Do You Believe Her?
Incredible live show in my mind. I must say Radio 4 were a little bit better than the Raveonettes tonight, Im sure if the Raveonettes had all of their equipment they would just blow me back to Long Island.

Warsaw is a really nice venue. The security guards are pretty friendly (for once). I'd love to see Spoon there.
